I visited this establishment with my daughter on February 28, 2026 at approximately 6:00 PM. My daughter went to place her order, and when I walked in, I noticed the employee adding toppings to her sub. The lettuce being placed on the sandwich was visibly wet and soggy. It appeared unappetizing and should not have been served, as shown in the attached photo.
I asked the employee if that was all the lettuce available in the store, and she confirmed that it was. When we explained that the lettuce did not look fresh and should not be served, she responded that this was how they received it in their shipment.
Employees should understand the standards of what fresh ingredients look like. If the lettuce was not fresh, customers should have been informed that it was unavailable rather than being served wet, soggy produce. This experience was disappointing and did not meet basic food quality expectations.

I don’t know why people talk about slow service?
Wen here order sub and was maid normal time .
Ary guys expecting ti have a sub fast with all the ingredients all over the beg or a sub with ingredients inside the sub .
We are human guys relax . A 5 min late or faster is not gonna make a difference in your life .
For me was nice service and place was clean and well organized.
First time here and was impressed.
Well done guys .
Was served by Raman I was here today November 21 /2025 at 11 am .

Ridiculous services worst experience ever
I went there today, 10th of November 2025. I brought one veggie foot long and she packed it very unprofessionally. She rolled up foot-long in just one paper and all the stuff came out and whole paper got wet. They need more experience staff over there.

Title: Extremely Disappointed – Worst Subway Experience Ever
I’ve been a loyal Subway customer for many years, across Canada, Europe, and the Middle East. I’ve always enjoyed their sandwiches and fresh ingredients, but this particular location completely ruined my experience.
I ordered three footlong sandwiches through Uber Eats — steak, tuna, and egg. From the moment I opened the order, I could tell something was wrong. The bread had an unpleasant, old smell, clearly not fresh at all. The vegetables and sauces looked and tasted like they had been sitting out for hours. I had even selected specific sauces for my subs, but they were either missing or carelessly added.
The overall presentation was extremely poor — the sandwiches were messy, soggy, and completely unappetizing. There was no care, no freshness, and no quality in the preparation. It honestly felt like no one checked the ingredients or cared about the customer experience.
I’ve eaten Subway my whole life, and this was by far the worst I’ve ever had. My entire meal — and my day — were spoiled because of this order. If this location represents Subway’s current standards, it’s truly disappointing. I hope management takes serious action to ensure proper freshness, cleanliness, and basic quality control. Customers deserve better than this.
