- AKAVNEET KAURFeb 12, 20261.0Worst experience ever… THE OWNER IS VERY RUDE AND ARROGANT, not helpful at all… I placed an order on feb5 that was supposed to be delivered by a third party delivery person via DoorDash.. unfortunately the driver cancelled my order but I was still charged… i contacted the store and DoorDash both for the refund and found out that DoorDash has already issued a refund for my order and they don’t have my account OPM so they refunded the store and now the store is supposed to issue a refund but the owner doesn’t want to issue a refund instead he wants me to go to the store and get cash… so now the owner has money both from me and DoorDash and doesn’t want to issue a refund via POS… According to the owner he is in the business from last 15 years and how come he doesn’t have a refund option on the POS system, I mean seriously man you are living in Canada and this is not how u run a business… the worst experience ever… would not recommend this store at all… PLEASE DONT VISIT THIS LOCATION....

Yesterday I was able to enter with my dog with no problem, but today I was treated very poorly by a different employee. I was told to stay outside, spoken to in a rude and unprofessional way, and made to feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. This inconsistency and lack of empathy really disappointed me. I won’t be coming back
