The employee named Randeep is unprofessional and lacks customer service skills. I placed 2 different orders and paid for the first meal. During the payment of the second meal, I questioned her the context of extra charges applied to my order, after multiple questions were asked, she abruptly picked up both meals and said I’m not getting either of meals. She continued to tell me to move aside so she could attend the next customer. I asked her to provide the first meal that I had paid for but she denied. I asked for a refund and she denied that as well. Avoid this location altogether as other employees are rude and unprofessional!

Horrible customer service. The girls working at this location are rude and ruthless. Never ever gonna go to this place again and will suggest every one not to go there coz the they don’t know how to pack the sandwich properly. I went there for take out order but by the time I reach home which is just 2 mins drive from this place, all the vegetables were out of the bread. And when I called back the girl working is saying that it’s not possible it can open. Even when she was making the sandwich the amount of vegetables she put was much less. I don’t understand if I am buying a veggie sandwich than what am I paying for when they don’t give enough. I am not sure if she is doing that upon instructions given by the owner or what. In short I am also going to put a complain about this location’s staff in subway HR. The girls there should be sent to school for learning customer service.

Made me wait 10 mins just to get my order and didn’t make my order on time, AND didn’t give me all the items in my order that I paid for. Don’t take online orders if your business is not able to have orders ready on time nor make them correctly. If customers have the foresight to order well in advance before they arrive to your establishment, then why as an employee are you ignoring me IN STORE and attending to customers that are placing orders AFTER I have placed mine. I have compassion for service workers as I was one myself but there needs to be some realization that people should not be spending 20 mins waiting in your establishment for an order that was placed 15 mins BEFORE they got there.
