My payment was accepted, so I expected proper service and correct food. I ordered Italian Herb & Cheese bread, grilled and toasted, but the order was completely wrong. They sent normal bread, not toasted and not grilled. When I called the store, Anmire answered the phone and her attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional. I asked if the griller was not working, then it should be removed from the app. She said they were out of Italian Herb & Cheese bread, which makes no sense because it was only 8:33 PM when I ordered. I asked for a refund since I paid through the Subway app, but she refused and told me to contact DoorDash because they delivered the order. I did not place my order through DoorDash ,I ordered directly from Subway. She then said I could bring the food back to the store and they would “fix it,” which clearly means they do have the bread, but still chose to send the wrong order. When I asked to speak to the manager, she claimed she was the manager and said she could not help me. This is unacceptable customer service, incorrect food, and zero accountability. I will not be ordering from this location again.
