- MKMonu KharkaliAug 22, 20251.0Very disappointing experience at this Subway. The lady working there was extremely rude and unprofessional, making the atmosphere feel unwelcoming. Instead of treating customers with basic courtesy and respect, she acted as though serving us was an inconvenience. It really put a damper on the visit. Customer service should be a priority, but sadly that was not the case here.

I was charged twice for the same order – once by debit ($10.72) which came out of my bank instantly, and then again in cash because the worker kept denying the payment went through. She told me the money would be back in 3 days, but it never returned. When I went back to address it, she was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Instead of helping, she brushed me off and even claimed the manager and owner “never come to the store.” This is completely unacceptable, dishonest, and feels like a scam. I will never return to this location and I strongly warn others to check their receipts and bank statements if they do.

She was rude fire these people they don’t deserve work. She is being so rude no manner’s no customer service skill. Subway, please work on your hiring, don’t hire people who don’t have customer service skills Lady working at 6 PM 12 august 2025 was treating her customer very badly.
