  I usually focus on freshness, service, and consistency, and this Subway does a good job overall. The sandwiches were fresh, with a good variety of bread and toppings to choose from. The staff was courteous and handled orders efficiently, even during busy hours. The place was clean and well-organized. Pricing is standard for Subway, though it can feel a bit high for add-ons. Overall, it’s a reliable spot for a quick and customizable meal.

  DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. If you want decent food and basic respect, spend your money elsewhere. My experience here was appalling. I visited on Thursday, January 1, 2026, at 11:00 PM. The female employee working this shift provided the worst service I have ever experienced at a Subway. Hostile Atmosphere: The employee was incredibly rude. When I said hello, she barely spoke. It felt like I was burdening her just by being a customer. Laziness & Refusal of Service: The store was completely empty with zero rush. I politely asked her multiple times (saying "please") to simply chop the onions for my bowl. She flatly refused. There is no excuse for not fulfilling such a basic request when there are no other customers. Please note, I didnt ask to finally chop it, just in two-three pieces. Price vs. Portion Scam: I paid $15 for a Veg Bowl, and the portion was shockingly small. It was a rip-off. When I asked if that was the full portion, she just said "yes" with an attitude. Below Standards: This does not meet Canadian Subway standards in any way. To the Owner: I am providing the exact time and date so you can identify who was working. I genuinely hope this employee’s terrible attitude doesn't tank your sales, but if she treats everyone like this, you are going to lose a lot of customers. You need to take immediate action.

  Aishpreet provided excellent service and prepared my sub with exceptional cleanliness and care. She was very patient, friendly, and had a warm smile throughout the experience. The attention to detail really stood out. I would definitely recommend this location—thank you for the amazing service and a great experience! She served multiple customers within 20 mins with the same smile and warmth.

  HORRIBLE SERVICE. DO NOT ORDER TAKE OUT OR DELIVERY FROM THIS RESTAURANT. TO REPLACE A REQUESTED SANDWICH THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE GLUTEN-FREE BREAD WITH REGULAR SANDWICH. AND ADD COOKIES TO COMPENSATE DOES NOT FEED THE INTENDED CELIAC PERSON WHO REQUIRES THAT TYPE OF BREAD. Wish I could give them a minus star rating.
