    I recently visited Subway and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of being welcoming or helpful, they seemed irritated and uninterested in serving customers (especially the white lady there who is too rude and loud) I understand that working in food service can be stressful, but basic courtesy and respect should always be maintained. The attitude I experienced made the entire visit uncomfortable and unpleasant. Customer service plays a huge role in where people choose to eat, and sadly this location did not meet even basic expectations. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving staff behaviour

    Worst subway, worst location, worst staff, worst food. Donpreet will make you regret to coming to this subway. Just take my advice and ignore that there is any subway in this plaza. There are so many other subway locations within 5-7 minutes drive, just go there. Thats better than regretting, spoiling your day and wasting your money.

    If you Want to spoil your day and mood, Go and get a Order from this Subway. Especially from their manager DONPREET. I am sure they will definitely do that. I went their, she was extremely rude and unhappy to make my order. Told me to sit and call after is ready, i said no i just want to see it. She was Angry on that, I mentioned in app for extra lettuce but she said we can’t, our Owner don’t allows us to do that and we dont follow app. I mean Seriously. #terminate DONPREET

    Very disappointing experience with Manager DONPREET at this Subway location. I ordered a BOGO sub and selected “extra lettuce” on the app, but the staff member refused to add it and said it was “not their policy” for BOGO orders. This restriction is not mentioned anywhere on the app. She was rude from the beginning, ignored me when I politely asked again, and said “you can’t do anything.” She also stated, “Our owners don’t allow this, we just have to listen to our bosses,” which felt unprofessional and like blame was being shifted instead of helping the customer. If there are limitations on promotions, they should be clearly communicated. Very poor customer service.

    ⭐☆☆☆☆ Absolutely unbelievable experience at this Subway. We placed an order for two footlong subs through the app and made a very simple request — to have each 6” packed individually. Instead of accommodating such a basic and reasonable request, we were told they “don’t have enough wrapping paper.” How does a sandwich shop run out of paper to wrap sandwiches? That’s literally the most basic supply needed to operate. It felt like a lazy excuse rather than a real issue. What made it even worse was the attitude. The customer service was dismissive, unhelpful, and completely disrespectful. No apology, no attempt to offer a solution — just a flat refusal. This location clearly does not care about customer satisfaction or basic service standards. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional. We will definitely not be coming back to this Subway again.
