- TCTia CopenaceJan 4, 20261.0came here on Sunday January 4th at 7pm, I got a coupon in the mail for 2 cold cut combos for 13.99 when we cashed out it came up to $24 dollars and they said the combo doesn’t include a drink and chips.. um excuse the coupon says COMBO meaning chips and drinks, the two girls said combo only means the cold cut sandwich because it’s combination meat and we need to pay the difference of $4 dollars even though we already paid $20 on gift card I asked her to show me where on the coupon does it say in the fine print that this only means the cold cut sandwich, even though it clearly says COMBO, I said they need to honour the combo and I will not being paying the difference of $4 dollars, they just decided to make up their own rules on this coupon.. it did not indicate in the fine print they it only meant the sandwich. I went to grab my subs and the girl at the counter grabbed my sandwich’s and said we didn’t pay for them ?!!! We just paid $20 dollars of course I paid for them, I proceeded to grab my bag that I paid for back from her, I can’t believe this lady had the audacity to hold my food from me that we paid for, these two girls barely spoke English on top of that they were speaking to each other in their own language right in front of us which is extremely rude. We proceeded to leave the store where they looked at us with disgust and again talking to each other in their language. You guys need to hire people who can understand story policy, speak proper English and treat customers with respect.. whatever happened to the customer is always right ? Honour what the coupon says next time.
