    I ordered through the Subway app and arrived at 7:40 PM to pick up my order. I was given the wrong sandwich, and within 1–2 minutes I went back inside to let them know. The staff told me that someone with the same name had mistakenly taken my order and that I would need to wait about 20 minutes until that person returned it. The other customer came back around 8:15 PM, and the sandwich packaging was already opened. Instead of preparing a fresh sandwich, the employee told me to take the opened sandwich. That’s completely unacceptable from a food safety standpoint. Only after I argued did she agree to make a new one.Very disappointing service and poor handling of the situation. Customers should never be asked to accept opened food that has already left the store. I hope management takes this seriously and improves both customer service and food safety standards.

    I am writing to report a very bad experience at your Subway location during the night shift around 11:30 pm I am a vegetarian, and while placing my order, I noticed that the employee touched the chicken and then she touch my food without changing the white paper. I politely asked her to change the paper because I do not eat meat. Instead of understanding my concern, she responded very rudely. I found her behavior unprofessional and disrespectful. As a customer, I believe it is reasonable to expect proper hygiene and respectful service. This experience was very disappointing. I hope you will address this issue and ensure better training for staff regarding hygiene practices and customer service. Thank you.

    I ordered two Veggie Delite sandwiches and clearly requested that the bread be toasted and cut. Unfortunately, when I received my order, neither sandwich was toasted nor cut, which is not how the order was placed or expected. This was disappointing, as it affected the quality and experience of the meal. I would appreciate this being looked into and appropriate action being taken to ensure better attention to customer orders in the future.
