It was as if she was forced to serve. My kid had to use the washroom, he was there with my husband.. she knew but she had kept it locked. I had to ask her twice to open it! I have never seen something like this.

They were simply trying to figure out how to use the in app promos, which was asked very kindly. The employee at the time told them that she will only make the sandwich if the payment was done, in an extremely rude tone and apparently “stormed” off. We will not be visiting this store again, learn how to have a positive attitude and teach better customer service. Do better.

She said it is for online order only. I opened my app and nowhere it said that it is online order only. She would not apply the discount. Also, did jot mention to do online order for the same subscription that I ordered to apply the promotion. She mentioned it once I made the payment. This is the last time I will be visiting this store. Always, there is some or the other problem with this store. Beware of this location. Take your business to some other customer friendly locations. She also refused to give the contact number for the owner.
