- BVBharat VermaFeb 20, 20261.0I placed an online order a head for 8:55 pm because I was going to work. When I arrived, the lady at the counter told me very rudely that it would take time. After waiting another 25 minutes, I asked how much longer it would be. Her response was, “You have to wait, I don’t know how much more time,” said in a very rude tone. No explanation, no apology. After a total of 40 minutes, she then told me that the bread I ordered was finished. This should have been communicated earlier, not after such a long wait. I had no choice but to say yes to a different bread because I was already late. When I finally got my order, it was poorly made. No crispy onions, sauces barely added, the bread was also not fresh and overall the sandwich was terrible. The service was rude, unprofessional, and completely disrespectful of customers’ time. Ordering ahead was pointless. This was a frustrating experience and I won’t be coming back.

No greeting, no attention, no basic customer respect. This is unacceptable behavior and reflects very poorly on the store’s service standards. Definitely one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had.
