    RP made our order really fast and his service is really good. I have been to other subway locations close to my house but this location has been my favourite overall by far. It is super clean as well, that’s one thing I like about this location.

    NO WIFI? Locked guest WIFI network? Can never go wrong with meatball sub! The place looks fully upgraded now and super clean! Self ordering but this place makes no sense too. I mobile ordered with no issues, it was made real quick. The bread didn’t seem to have the inner fluff and was halo but was still delicious. Would only come for the meatball sub. Lots of parking, great location. Used a buy one get one free on the app.

    Very bad experience. I was doing deliveries and stopped at this location around February 21, 2026 at 3:00 AM. I asked an employee if I could use the washroom, and he told me it was closed because something was broken. However, not long before that, when I had picked up a delivery from this Subway location, I saw a lady coming out of the washroom. Because of that, I doubted the explanation. I politely asked the employee if he could please open the door so I could check, or allow me to see that it was actually closed. He refused and said, “I don’t need to show you,” and denied my request. As someone working late hours doing deliveries, access to a washroom in an emergency is important. If the washroom is truly unavailable, that’s understandable — but if it is a customers washroom, it should be accessible when needed. I believe the store owner may not be aware of situations like this, and he never asked to do this . I hope this feedback is taken seriously. Professional and respectful treatment of customers and delivery drivers is important. Very disappointed with this experience. Wearing cap, healthy 5.5 height boy working at night. Thankew for this behaviour 🫡🙌🏻 . Grow up man are living in an educated country and respectful people .

    I visited today around 2:00 PM yesterday and ordered two Chicken Teriyaki subs with onion crisps and double cheese, as advertised on the menu board. Each 15.99 , one of the priciest options amongst what was available. Neither the onion crisps nor the extra cheese were added, and the sandwiches had very little filling overall — it felt like I paid a premium price for eating bread. When I very politely raised this at the counter, that neither did I receive the onion crisp nor the 2x cheese, and I still continued to pay the full price. Could you please add the crisps on the side. instead of being apologetic, and attempting to rectify the problem, the staff member became assertive, and said I should have specified I wanted crisps. I said I specified the type of sandwich I want then why would you eliminate the crisps. But the staff appeared proud of their behavior. There was no attempt to fix the order or acknowledge the mistake. This was not a location issue — it was the individual preparing my food. The lack of attention to the order combined with the unprofessional attitude was unacceptable. I never leave poor reviews anywhere. But yesterday’s staff behaviour was just unacceptable. I used to come to this location often, but after this experience, that’s it — never again. I wish I could give it negative stars.

    If I could give zero stars, I would, I ordered a veggie and cheese sub Everything was old they had no spinach The tomatoes were soggy. There was 5 or 6 cucumbers. The rep apologized and said the delivery didn’t come in that day which was fine but when I got home and tasted a bite and it it was stale and awful It was just a horrible sub that wasn’t the worst of it so I went and called complaining tand a couple of days later the manager called me back and said that I should’ve eaten it within an hour and that did I put more sauces cause it would make it soggy. She actually watched the video and said why didn’t you ask him to bring out more veggies even though he said the delivery didn’t come through. instead of just saying so just bring the sub in which I had kept the sub She just argued with me and argued with me made me upset. She wouldn’t even give me her name asnd said too bad it’s your fault . No customer service the worst experience I’ve had and I love subway but I would never go to this store
