    I’m really disappointed with my experience at this Subway today. When we entered, the staff member was loudly talking on the phone and didn’t greet us with a smile. We asked for a minute, and she went back to her call, still talking loudly to her family. We waited almost 5 minutes just for her to return so we could place our order. When she finally came back, added the wrong cheese. I also paid an extra $4 for beans and corn that looked like they were probably sitting there from last night — definitely not fresh. When I asked for napkins, she took some out, and as I held my hand out to take them, she placed them on the counter and slid them toward me… hygiene, hello?? Then when I was picking up napkins from the shelf, she asked if I needed the receipt. I said yes, and she tossed it right on top of the napkins. No “thank you,” no “sorry,” just a straight face. I understand when a store is busy mistakes can happen, but there were only two customers. Paying $50 for this kind of service is honestly very disappointing. Not coming back.

    This store has recently been taken over by new management and the store ambiance has changed dramatically. The service was outstanding and the store was spotless. The subs were made to perfection and have been some of the best that we have had in a while. The overall experience at this location was positive.

    I placed an order for an Italian BMT footlong with double meat. The BMT footlong originally comes with 6 pieces of ham, 6 pieces of salami, and 6 pieces of pepperoni. Double meat means it should come with 12 pieces of each meat instead of 6. The person made my sandwich with 8 pieces of each meat instead of 12, and when I called, I asked how many pieces the original should come with, and she said 6. I said, "So double meat should be 12, why did you only put 8 pieces?" She then hung up the phone on me rudely! This is the second time in 3 days for this to happen, and that's why I called. If someone pays for double meat, you should put double meat. You made me pay extra but only put 2 more pieces instead of 6, which is a scam!! This location also has a "Buy one, get one free" offer on Uber Eats, but they inflate the original price to double the prices. So you are actually not paying for 1 and getting 1 free, you're still paying for both. This is blatant misrepresentation and false advertisement of the deal, which is in violation of the Competition Act and the Ontario Consumer Protection Act. I will be filing a formal complaint with the Competition Bureau of Canada and the Ontario Ministry of Government and Consumer Services. It seems like the owner of this location, or its managers/employees, believe it's okay to scam their customers by not providing the correct add-on amounts and by running false and misleading promotions, which are both not ethical or legal.

    I wish i could leave a zero review this is the worst subway i have ever been too staff is super rude and super stingy like they are bringing the stuff from there own home would not recommend this location at all to anyone and they overcharge as welll

    Worst Experience Ever I’ve been coming here for five years, but ever since the new owner took over, the quality has completely gone downhill. They actually charge extra for adding extra lettuce or other ingredients — which is ridiculous. On top of that, I once ordered a six-dollar sub and was charged nine dollars. The place is also unsanitary, with flies flying around and landing on the ingredients they use to make your food. Horrible experience overall. I will never be coming back, and I do not recommend this place to anyone. By: Zack Mattic
