    Not recommended this location. Very slow service. New customers were served first. We ordered it online from our home and it was more than 30 minutes.

    I was served by Sargun Kaur, and unfortunately, the interaction was extremely unpleasant. She was rude and dismissive throughout. I clearly mentioned at the beginning that I needed another bread, but she ignored my request and did not respond. Later, she claimed that I never told her, which was very frustrating. Additionally, her behavior felt discriminatory and unprofessional. As a customer, I expect basic respect and communication, which was lacking during this visit. I hope management looks into this matter seriously to ensure better service in the future because this was the second time I faced this at this location and same girl.

    I had a very bad experience at this Subway. They gave me the wrong food, and when I pointed it out, the cashier had a rude and careless attitude. There was no proper apology, and they acted like it was my fault instead of fixing their mistake. Customer service was terrible, and the staff did not seem interested in helping. Giving the wrong order is already frustrating, but the cashier’s behavior made it much worse. Very disappointed. Totally unprofessional .

    I did a Mobile order today and when arrived at pick up time, I ask Randeep about the order and she said it is yet to start and I have to wait and took another walk in again avoiding my 20 min ahead mobile order. These girls should learn about how to treat mobile orders which have been ordered ahead and paid ahead even. They prepared it after 10 mins of pick up time.

    Avoid this location if you can! They overcharge big time. Everything here is priced more than advertised and compared to other locations. I’m not even sure how Subway allows them to do this. To add, the staff is just rude, no smile, rude behaviour, ignore requests, and very very slow. We tell them we want to dine in, what do they do? They pack it up. Just go to any other subway location, at least you won’t be overcharged.
