Very disappointed by Sharan’s customer service. I was at the subway few days ago and I had to repeat myself over an over because Sharan had headphones on and was on a call while working. Very irresponsible behaviour.

Amazing food every single time, Rasneet’s customer service is impeccable she takes so much care into making orders and serving staff, the night crew always do an amazing job! Tidy store, one of the best stores I’ve went to! I’d definitely give respect to the staff for the quality.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location. I was charged $10.59 before tax ($11.97 after tax) for a 6-inch Veggie Patty, even though the same item is $8.29 before tax at other Subway locations. When I questioned it, I was told the owner sets their own prices, which feels unfair and misleading to customers who expect consistency from a major brand.
The staff member at the counter was rude, unprofessional, and not willing to help at all. She even admitted she was scared to speak to the owner because she might “get fired,” which shows there are internal issues here. At first, they refused to give me a refund, and only after almost 45 minutes of discussion did they finally issue it — even that was a hassle.
Customers deserve clear pricing, transparency, and respectful service. If a location is going to charge $2+ more than standard pricing, it should be displayed clearly, not discovered at billing time. I hope Subway Corporate reviews this location, because this kind of experience hurts the brand and feels like customers are being taken advantage of.

Very unpleasant service. She was Unable to add the potato rings even if i am paying extra for that she said owner told us not to put potato rings in the sub even we are paying extra. Totally disgusting service at this subway will not come again
