Staff very rude here. I always place my mobile order in advance, but it’s consistently prepared late. I also request for my sub to be grilled (as mentioned in the app), but it’s never done. Please look into this — it would really improve the experience for others . Never coming at this subway again.

I've always ordered BLTs for my kids..... VERY REGULARLY ...Most of the Subways suggest ordering a BMT and in the online app to specify it be dressed as a BLT only because there's not an option through the app to order BLT. This place did my BLT order like twice before in the past. On Sept 17, after I bought the order home, my kids told me that it was a BMT and didn't finish their sandwiches (1 foot long, 6" sandwich). I didn't do a review or call the Subway with the discrepancy even though despite in the comment section I had requested it to be a BLT. I was surprised because I have done the same thing with other locations with no incidences. So I ordered again today ( Sept 22) and when I went into the Subway I specifically asked if it was a BLT and they said no. Staff said that they feel there should be an additional cost. I advised that this is new to me but if there is an additional cost I would be willing to pay; I would have preferred to have been called so that when I arrived at least a sandwiches would have been correct. I reminded them that through this location they have done it for me in the past and I didn't understand why there were issues now. One of the workers acknowledged that she remembered me and that they had done it a couple of times and got scolded. I suggested that since they had my contact information through the app, that they should have really called me to confirm everything based on my comments request .They didn't do it last time but they should have done it this time. I'm only suggesting this because this is what I have experienced from other locations. This is true customer service in my opinion. The supervisor didn't seem to care and offered to refund my purchase which I agreed upon. When I left, I suggested in nice terms that it is common sense to contact the customer if they can't complete the order as requested based on the comments section. I will not be ordering from this location going forward based on my experience even though it is very convenient for me.

Ordered 2 subway through Uber. Requested different veggies on each. They sent both subs with same veggies. When called to complain, girl said it happened because we are very busy and hung up. I had similar experience before as well. Never gonna order from here again. Worst food and worst service.
