    Most disrespectful subway.. staff doesn't know how to deal with clients.. she filled the whole sub with sauce on asked its so much sauce she got offended and rude.. most horrible customer service.. owner ur subway will shut today or tomorrow with such service.. Please dont go there Rude Staff......

    Really bad in all metrics , asked for subway with veg Pattie , she prepare veg delight without Pattie after specifically discussing the kind if Pattie that was used , she told me soya and I said I am good with that ., when questioned she stuffed the Pattie in and messed up the entire sandwich . The qty of dressing was so small that entire sandwich was dry? Never go to this location ever again . I think they have no concept of customer service and don’t understand simple english

    I wish i could give below 1 star, staff is so rude and unprofessional , idk why all the subway’s hire people who don’t even know how to talk, basic ethics is another story, don’t go there, i would suggest you unless you wanna get bad experience

    Pathetic place to order food from. There was a deal in December 1 foot-long free with one foot-long subway. We ordered one veggie and one non-vegetarian subway.. our whole order was messed up. Vegetarian toppings were on the non-veg, subway, and the toppings that were supposed to be on non-veg for on vegetarian subway. Then the subways will not even labelled which was veg, and which was non-veg. We had to figure out ourselves which subway was vegetarian, and which one was non-vegetarian. I am a vegetarian and ended up eating half of the chickens subway when my son realized that I was eating an non veg subway.. We called to address this issues. The girl who picked up the phone was so rude and disrespectful and she hung the phone. We called again and we were told someone will call back to resolve the issue. No one called then we called again a few times but every time we were told that they will call back to see how they can resolve this issue. . I repeatedly asked to speak with a manager, but unfortunately, it seems the manager of this location is quite indifferent or does not care about what the customers are experiencing and never called to speak about this issue. Lately when I called yesterday, And asked the girl how I can file a complaint against this location she told me that she does not know what the process is, but I can go and write my reviews on Internet. Today I read all the reviews. The people have posted about their experience with this location. I am not at all surprised now About my experience because it seems everybody who has put the reviews for this location have experienced the same issue that I experienced. In one of the reviews, somebody had asked that they would like to speak with the manager. I would like to tell them don’t even expect to get a response from the manager. I have repeatedly asked for it and nobody has called me so don’t even expect the manager will call. They don’t care about what their people are experiencing and how rude their staff is and I will say very highly untrained and unfit to do the job that they’re doing. And I will strongly urge that people who are vegetarian to not even go on this location because you don’t know what they can mess up their sandwich with, and you will not even know. They can very violate your religious food values and you will never know. I am never going to visit this location any more I don’t even know if I will ever go to any of the sub locations after this experience. I just hope that the higher management ever reads these reviews by their clients and do something about the behaviour of the staff Including their managers.
