- KKKuldeep Kaur4 days ago1.0I ordered a veggie sub and politely asked for extra green peppers because there was too much lettuce. I am paying for a balanced sandwich, not just lettuce. She added only a very small amount. I also asked if she could grill it, and she replied that it doesn’t work here. The last time I visited, another employee grilled it without any issue. It would have been better if she explained politely instead of changing her tone. After I left, she started talking about me with another customer, which I found very unprofessional. In customer service, staff should not discuss customers. I also noticed she changed her gloves without washing her hands, which raised food safety concerns. Overall, this experience was disappointing, and I would not recommend this location.

- JSJordan SpeckJan 29, 20265.0Manroop went above and beyond the expectations for my experience, served me with a smile was quick and courteous, and made my sub within 3 minutes, and she did a very good job and making the sandwich properly and making sure it was neat and not sloppy or messy, was the best sub I've had from a subway to date, will definitely be coming back to this location for her excellent and exceptional customer service with a smile, makes you feel welcome like at home. Also made my day with a little nice surprise :).
