Many times they don’t have menu items available, but still list them on the app. When I arrive, staff tell me to order something else instead of informing me ahead of time. Last week my order was cancelled completely because the sub I wanted wasn’t available. Today, only half of my order was made, and the staff rudely told me they couldn’t cancel just the missing items — they cancelled the whole order, wasting 30 minutes of my work break. The staff are uncooperative and rude. This location seriously needs better management, proper stock, and respectful customer service.
