I recently ordered from Subway and had a very disappointing experience. The sandwich had a bitter taste and was not edible, which raised concerns about ingredient freshness and food safety. I contacted customer support expecting help, but unfortunately no refund or proper resolution was provided.
As a paying customer, I expected better quality and customer care. I hope management reviews this issue seriously and improves both food quality and customer service. I would appreciate a proper resolution.

I had order sandwich online , ask to toast and it’s veggie patty.
I never had this experience ever.bread we are unable to clew and they give me all cold everything , when I ask sandwich and cheese was damn cold .
Employees there are rude .my veggie patty even was so cold .

They have very bad customer service and they don’t know how to make a sub the right way. If u order online make sure to check ur order before u leave. For my order they made it terribly, i asked tor extra toppings and extra sauce, my subs definitely did not have any, it was so dry and tasted so bad.. Could not enjoy it at all, what a shame 👎🏼
I placed an online order for 2 footlongs, with the breads clearly stated. One was supposed to be an Italian Herbs and Cheese and the other regular Italian Bread. When I received the order, I got both as the regular Italian Bread. I called to simply question and raise my concern regarding the incorrect order, and instead of simply apologizing for the mistake, the employee got defensive. Eventually, the employee hung up on me while I was talking and mid-sentence without saying a word, which I found incredibly disrespectful, insulting, and unprofessional. I don't think it's hard to read the first line on an order, acknowledge a mistake once its been made, and treat customers with respect. Like many others in the reviews, the employees must learn some degree of respect and manners towards customers. Behaviour like this is unacceptable and further escalates the situation. I would NOT recommend this restaurant if you value your money. Absolutely horrible service and food.

I had a fantastic experience at Subway! The store was clean, well-organized, and fully stocked with fresh ingredients. Everything looked crisp and delicious, and my sandwich was made exactly the way I like it.
What truly made the visit exceptional was the amazing service from Harmanjeet. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and genuine friendliness. Harmanjeet was incredibly patient, attentive, and detail-oriented, making sure every topping was perfect and that I was completely satisfied with my order. It’s rare to find such outstanding customer service these days, and it truly made my day.
If you’re looking for fresh food and top-tier service, this is the place to go. I’ll definitely be coming back!
