I work in this plaza and we get lunch from here almost everyday if not every other day and consistently I feel this is a really good location. The manager I believe her name is karan she's probably the nicest manager I've met. Once in a while I'll see rude customers and she'll still be super nice to them and apologize even though it's not even her fault.

If she was not ready to take customers then she can close it soon. I checked the closing timings of store is 9 pm. We were at store at before 8:30 pm. I just requested her to wrap 6 inch sub in two different wrappers but she started talk rudely and she said i need to tell her before. Then , i told her please do it and she started talking rudely. Then i told her she can’t be rude to customers. Owner needs to focus on customer compalints. Please guys go on another loactions not this location. Because staff do not want any customer on store. BAD EXPERIENCE AND WORST STAFF
