First off, the guy taking the orders does not speak English, and I don't speak Indian. No menus around, not on the walls, not on the counter. I order a pizza, and try to pay in cash, but the clown behind the counter short changes me. When I ask for the proper change, he tries to indicate he has not change, and the cook tells me I will need to order items I don't want because they don't have change. Remarkable for a chain like Papa Johns. What a 3rd world outlet this location is.
