This location has been under new management and there has been a huge improvement , the previous owners ran this place very poorly. The lady that served me today was super nice so polite , smiled and did a fabulous job on my sub , she even gave me a free cookie for waiting on the Uber order she was preparing , now thats A+ customer service

This place used to be amazing with the old owner, and that is no longer the case. I am always sceptical when new owners take over long standing restaurant and my concerns were warranted. I ordered a simple assorted sub on white. First of all, they no longer have red onions. Only white, which is gross on a sub. I asked to have it heated, and OMG it was heated for so long, it was piping hot out of the microwave. The cheese and sauce melted into the bread making it a soggy mess by the time I got home (10 minutes later)!! Honestly if I hadn’t spent money on it, I would have thrown it out. Common sense would tell you to heat it only long enough to melt the cheese, not cook the sub! NEVER again. There will be no second chances for this disaster of a restaurant. More great owners giving up on Brampton.

My wife went into this Mr. Sub to get us dinner. She asked the person behind the counter to ensure the breed was soft as we had some bad experiences prior and wouldn't you know it they sent her home with bread so dry it was like eating a 2*4. She specifically asked the guy if the bread was soft and he ensured her that it was. Took one bite and it was inedible. Called the store and the guy told me "wait one minute". Left me waiting for over 10 minutes while he made subs on hard bread for other customers.
My sub was not asked for toasted and this photo shows you just how bad the bread is not toasted.
