Horrible MR Sub location. I ordered a footlong and the girl puts 3 tomatoes, 4 cucumbers…on a FOOTLONG…. For every single topping I had to keep asking her to put more. The owner must be cheap because their staff skimps out on toppings. Then she puts the cheese in the middle of the bread instead of the side of the bread, which in the end she couldn’t close the sub properly because the cheese is in the middle of the bread which is preventing it from closing properly. She also cut it uneven where the top part was less than the bottom. Girl was nice but learly isn’t trained properly by the owner on how to make a sub.

One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. After paying and seeing the transaction approved, I was literally backing out of my parking spot and about to drive off when a worker ran out of the store to my car, telling me the payment didn’t go through. I checked my bank account immediately and showed them proof that the charge had already gone through.
They restarted their system which took 5 minutes and still claimed it didn’t show on their end, then told me I should just pay again and come back later if I needed a refund.i spoke to my bank they said they see no refund. They offered for me to talk to the owner I said yes. Before I was able to speak to the owner, the worker spoke to her in another language in front of me, so I had no idea what was being communicated.
When I finally spoke to the owner and explained that I had already been charged and was uncomfortable double-paying without knowing if or when I’d be refunded as the bank said they see no refund pending. the only solution offered was that I pay again and if i got no refund i had to come back. I asked if they wanted me to return the sub, and the owner said yes. No real effort was made to resolve the issue or take responsibility.
I returned the sub because I didn’t want to be accused of stealing, even though I had proof of payment. Overall this was an extra 15 minutes dealing with a situation caused by their system issue, only to be told “it’s not our fault, by the worker when i was clearly and rightfully so annoyed” as if it was somehow mine. Being made to fix their system mistake as the customer all over $11.30 is unacceptable. Very poor customer service.

I visited MrSub 4.30pm, 23 October 2025, There was one girl in front, She’s don’t know how to talk with customer, She’s discriminated with me, although when I asked about something related food, she’s gives me a inappropriate answer and talk too much rudely also aggressively and when I asked about utensils, she’s directly throw on a table and I’m feel very embarrassed on that time how’s she treat the customers.
