But over the past few months I have been 3 times and it has actually been the worst service I have ever received at any restaurant. No drink refills, not coming to check on the table after getting our food, even when finished and piling out own dishes on the table taking forever to come clear. Then having to wait to find out server to try to ask for our bill. Note all 3 times it was NOT busy at all. I would notice the servers just talking to each other and not checking on their tables. Literally had to have the hostess to get our server. Montanas is a family favorite so I'm sad to day that we will not be returning to this location.

Jasmine was my attendant, and honestly, she turned my whole evening around. She was fully pleasant, attentive, and carried herself with such a warm, genuine smile. It’s rare to meet someone in hospitality who makes you feel that comfortable and welcome without even trying too hard. Her attitude and energy were just amazing. She’s easily the best attendant I’ve ever met. If I could give more than five stars, I would. Jasmine is truly a gem, and she made my evening unforgettable. Jasmine ❤️

The food was really good (we all ordered the Pit master combo). Simple men for sure. We continued to have a few pops after dinner. We noticed they slowed the service down a bit, but we gathered it was a non confrontational way of smart serving us. I've been to this location several times. Most times we have a great experience.

What made the experience a 10/10 was our server, Arooj (hopefully that’s how you spell her name). She was the sweetest, and most genuine person!
