  The service was quite slow— the manager came out and offered us the happy hour menu and after taking our order disappeared. We had 3 different servers, and lots of confusion with our order. We waited 20 mins just to get our water and wine. One menu item was missed but appeared half an hour later. My child's meal which was ordered first was completely missed when I specifically asked for it it to come out first. When we asked for the bill the server did not appear to be too concerned, as she walked by several times with the debit machine we had to flag her down and ask her can we pay. All in all I would never come back to this location, the whole experience felt like an ordeal and we did not enjoy our meals at "happy hour". I will not be coming back to this location again.

  The atmosphere here is nice with all the decorations emphasizing the bbq theme. That is where my compliments end. We got the pitmaster combo and the surf and turf. It took 40 minutes to get our food and we did not get the water or Pepsi we ordered in this time. When our food finally came out the lobster was cold, the fries were cold and stale, the ribs tasted tough and microwaved, and the steak was incredibly dry. Worst of all, the "brisket" tasted drier than beef jerky. It felt like I was eating meat that had been smoked for months. The only things that were good were the wings, onion rings and my diet coke. Servers did not check in with us while eating (except when the server who was supposed to be attending us came to oue table 10 minutes into us eating to bring us water, which we had flagged another server down for at this point) and ignored a request to have lobster in a separate plate due to allergy. I do not have a dog, but I wouldn't feed most of the stuff I got here to it if I did. Servers need retraining and kitchen quality should be monitored. Had to wait over 10 minutes to get the bill even after flagging down several servers.

  Chelsea was absolutely amazing! She was bartending and serving us, and her service was exceptional. She refilled my husband’s Cokes without us even asking and constantly checked in to make sure everything was perfect. I was there celebrating my birthday, and she surprised me with a birthday dessert that made me feel really special. She is the best server we’ve ever had! Despite everything she had going on, she remained incredibly attentive, consistently checked on all her tables, and stayed kind and cheerful throughout. Thanks to Chelsea, it was a wonderful experience, and she’s truly a huge asset to the restaurant!

  Had such a great experience at Montana’s with my family thanks to our server Angie. She was super friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome right from the start. She checked in at the perfect times, made great recommendations, and kept everything running smoothly even when it got busy. You can tell she genuinely cares about her guests. Honestly one of the best service experiences we’ve had here, thank u to Angie for making our night so enjoyable!
