  I placed an order from the Mcd’s app in the morning at 3 am nd they have a lot of time to prepare the order but they js canceled it I talked to one of the agents from the support they said they js canceled the order without any reasons nd they gave no explanation n then I thought they might have an glitch but they I place an another order around 3:30 am n they styll canceled it. The staff is doing this on a purpose n not giving any reasons and even I went on the drive thru so many times they r js a mess

  I wish I could give negative stars.. Skip this McDonald’s if you are going after 12am This is my first time writing a review on any restaurant as I was highly disappointed with the service I went today midnight to get the nuggets and guess what as always the nuggets were hard. When I mentioned this to Manager Ravkiran, she rolled her eyes and started making faces instead of addressing the issue She was rude and the whole interaction made me feel really uncomfortable I felt like she was forced to work there

  Worst McDonald’s in Brampton. Always forgetting something. There’s no line up and still can’t get order right. Workers at drive tru teaming orders like they don’t even wanna work there. Please tell your workers to check orders before handing them out.

  If I could give less I would this is the most depressing and soul sucking absolutely disgusting McDonald’s I have ever been to not only did the get our order wrong TWICE they gave us cold food and old food the nuggets taste like they were fried a week ago the chicken is so dry it is basically ash and when they forgot something they really tried to make it was us when we asked about it and this is the second time I have had problems with this location the first time they took my money and literally didn’t give me any food and sent me to a parking spot and we waited for 30 MINUTES for ice cream and when I went inside they told me i didn’t order and I had to show the charge on my card like why would I try to scam ice cream just disappointed and disgusted all around they need to close this location

  What a horrible experience!!!!!! And terrible customer service to add to it. This location delivered one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s. In November 2025, I received an order that was completely inedible — stale chicken, burnt and dried-out fries, and sandwiches that had to be thrown out. I called immediately, spoke with the manager, and she apologized and took down my name. She clearly stated that I could return anytime for a full replacement, free of charge. Today, when I went back to redeem the promise their own manager made, I was met with rudeness, attitude, and a complete refusal to honour what was agreed upon. Instead of accountability, I got interrogated and dismissed. The manager on duty acted as if I was trying to take advantage of them, when in reality I was simply following the instructions given to me by their staff. This is unacceptable. If a manager makes a commitment to fix a mistake, the store should honour it — not treat the customer like an inconvenience. The lack of professionalism, consistency, and basic respect at this location is extremely disappointing. I will be escalating this to McDonald’s Canada, because no customer should be spoken to or treated this way.
