Very rude service by your new employee and I don’t like the food because it was cold and not fresh. We ordered two meals and two burgers but they gave us only three burgers and two large fries which was also cold and not good in taste so I prefer you everyone don’t go this McDonald’s

Terrible drive-thru experience. The staff member Devika was extremely rude and dismissive. When I tried to address an issue, she responded with “do whatever you can do.” Very unprofessional behavior and disappointing customer service.

This was the most embarrassing display of work ethic I think I've ever seen. Missing two items from what I ordered, and no napkins for 6 item order. I'm more impressed, however, with Canada's ability to create jobs and pay employees who do the worst job possible. Won't be coming back, that's for sure 👍
