First, we went to the drive-thru, and they told us to come back in 10 minutes. When we went again, they said to park near the main gate and wait — but after waiting another 10 minutes, still no order. We had to go back to the drive-thru a third time, and they said they were still preparing it! Such poor service and zero management. Totally disappointing experience.
