Ordered the OVO meal and this turned into one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve had.
They advertised the promo, charged me for it, and didn’t even have the syrup — and nobody bothered to tell me while I was ordering. I only found out after the transaction. Then instead of fixing it, the situation just went downhill to the point I ended up leaving without receiving any food at all.
So to be clear: they took my payment, didn’t have the key item that makes the promotion what it is, failed to communicate it upfront, and I walked out with nothing. Completely avoidable if someone had just said “we’re out of the syrup” before charging me.
This is basic customer service. If you can’t fulfill the order, don’t sell it. If you run out of a promotional item, remove it from the menu or inform customers before payment — not after.
Very frustrating and a waste of time. I won’t be returning to this location.

Had a problematic experience with the app allowing me to order breakfast items which were unavailable and being stuck in the drive thru trying to re-order.
Duggan offered great customer service, and did a great job rectifying the situation. I think he'll go far in life.

Asked for small McDouble mcvalue meal which is 5.65 after tax they sneaked the medium drink in and made me pay for a medium drink fee extra and when I said this they just said yah yah handed the food. This is Sneaky and disgusting why did they not change the amount and fix order when I said the order clearly again at window. Pay attention and be honest mcd.

I had a disappointing experience. The restaurant did not have fries available, so hashbrowns were being given instead. I clearly asked for two Junior Chicken sandwiches, hashbrowns, and drinks (combo).
However, I received only the sandwiches and hashbrowns, with no drinks, and this was not explained properly. When I asked about it, the older lady at the next window was rude instead of helping.
I also requested that the two sandwiches be packed separately. She said she would give me another bag, rather than packing them separately herself.
This experience was frustrating. Customer service should be polite, clear, and helpful
