Both times after waiting at the pick up window for 3-4 min for my order the Indian girl, who didn’t take my order, comes and asks me to drive around the drive-thru again. Ten seconds later I am back at the window and wait another 3-4 minutes. Order wasn’t even hot so what’s the point in driving around? I bet it’s because they are timed on how long it takes to serve their customers and this individual has found a way around looking incompetent and losing customers at the same time. Won’t be returning.

And a bunch of teenagers at the window socializing. I've almost lost all faith in the restaurants and fast food industries.

The level of incompetence from the employees is astounding. Today, I was too lazy to go any further to Bramalea, as I am 9 months pregnant. I double checked my bag, as you should always do. I thought to myself wow, they surprised me today, everything is in the bag. I get home and my filet o fish has no tartar sauce on it. The cheese and fish and just slapped on the bread. Lo and behold, they managed to mess up a very simple order. Save yourself the multiple trips back to this location, the staff seem to take pleasure in providing half orders. What an absolute waste.
