Chris at the McDonald’s inside the Walmart on Mississauga Road delivered truly outstanding customer service. He’s a young guy, and I honestly didn’t expect that level of professionalism and care — but he completely exceeded expectations. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, he made the experience great from start to finish. Chris deserves more than just a high five — he deserves real recognition. McDonald’s is lucky to have him on their team!

Extremely unprofessional and humiliating experience at this McDonald’s outlet.
I was seated for no more than five minutes, simply waiting for my brother so we could place an order together. During this brief wait, a man who identified himself as the owner approached me aggressively and demanded that I leave immediately because I had not yet placed an order.
Despite explaining calmly that I only needed two minutes, I was threatened with a police call—an unnecessary and deeply disrespectful response that raises serious concerns about racial bias and disregard for community values.
This behavior is completely inconsistent with McDonald’s global standards of inclusivity, dignity, and customer service. Basic courtesy should never be conditional.
If this is how franchise owners treat customers, it reflects very poorly on the McDonald’s brand. I urge McDonald’s management to review this outlet’s conduct.
Respect costs nothing—but disrespect costs loyal customers. I Request Everyone dont ever go to this Franchise .
Posting this publicly on Twitter/X to highlight unacceptable customer treatment.

Food was good and service was fast but I don’t understand how they can’t even give you one dipping sauce if you buy an entire combo meal. McDonald’s is literally the only fast food restaurant that does this and it’s so annoying. You can spend $20 and be told by the worker with a blank face that you need to pay extra for a sauce.
Fix your policies you guys really aren’t that broke to be this stingy for one damn dip cup.
