When I asked for his name due to his behavior, he gave it but then said, “Do whatever you can do,” in a very disrespectful manner. I informed him that I would be filing a complaint, yet his rude attitude continued. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially in a customer service environment. Customers deserve basic courtesy and respect. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides proper customer service training to staff.
