- ABamanda bahramy6 days ago1.0Absolutely disappointed and disgusted with this McDonalds location. We took the kids here on Nov 16 and thought we would eat and have fun. But it was horrible, there was a safety hazard as there was some liquid spilled all over the floor it was there for almost an hour without someone cleaning it up. We had to tell them twice to take care of that as it was very dangerous for us and the kids. Then when we got our order and sat down to eat we were missing a-lot of items from our order, very distasteful. As we were eating a supervisor and a worker comes and tells us we have to move because they have a “party” reservation. I told them that we just got here and that if it was reserved why wasn’t it blocked off, why are they disturbing us while we are eating? It was also freezing cold in this location, the kids were also cold. When we asked them to fix this issue they said “we have no control on the heat it is automatic” shame on the customer service and this location they need to get it right. Definitely will not be returning to this McDonalds again.

They will just pass u like u never exist. Days were gone when people actually smiles and ask u if u need anything. I stand there for 20 minutes so that atleast anybody can take an order. Just crazy its crazy. Canada is so gone.
