- LMLeanne Morgan1 day ago1.0I’m actually appalled at the customer service I received from this McDonald’s today. I placed an order in the drive thru and told the girl my code twice and she acted like she received it, when I was going to pay I realized it seemed expensive for what I got so I asked if my code was done and she said no and then entered it. I also asked for 2 hash browns with my order and she didn’t put that in either. When I realized only one hash brown, I went into the store to ask them to add on the second hash brown and what looked like a manager went and grabbed a hash brown, handed it to me and said “just take it and go” like it was my fault her drive thru attendant doesn’t pay attention or do her job properly. I think these older ladies need to find a new career because they are clearly not able to handle customer service anymore.

It’s not the first time. It’s always happen. We pay for food, we don’t take it for free so attitude is not acceptable.

I placed an order at drive thru and at window 2, there were 2 girls, the girl who was served me the food with two braids gave disgusting attitude to me.
