My order took way longer than expected, and when I finally got it, part of it was missing and the food was cold. When I tried to ask for help, the employees were rude and didn’t seem to care at all. It felt like they just wanted to get rid of customers instead of helping them. Definitely not what I expect from McDonald’s. Needs serious improvement in service and attitude.

This happens 3rd time every time i ask for extra lettuce and extra mayo and still receive this kinda service Its just spoil the mood when you are hungry come home and about to eat it.
