  Listen Managers! Nitisha at the main window needs a massive reality check on basic human interaction. Check the Ego: Her attitude is through the roof for no reason. You’re working the window at McDonald’s, not walking a red carpet—pipe down and do your job. Keep it Professional: If a customer hands you money respectfully, you don't "drop" the change back at them like they're beneath you. It’s trashy, rude, and shows a total lack of home training. Consider this a Warning: I’ve already spoken to the manager, and he had to apologize for her because she clearly can’t handle herself. I have plenty of accounts to make sure this behavior is documented. I’ll be watching very closely next time I’m through here. Fix the attitude or expect more of this. :)

  Your branch is absolutely horrendous! I’ve ordered multiple time and multiple curtains parts of my order have been missing but tonight was the icing on the cake when I ordered 2 hours ago and no one was picking the phones so I can get an update and not only that my order got cancelled TWO HOURS later! Missing items is something I can deal with but no communication is just BAD SERVICE! I understand it’s a chain branch but getting a junior meal and poutine shouldn’t take TWO HOURS! And then be canceled with no communication!

  I went there in the morning and ordered a wrap and a hot latte. I waited around long while they prepared the order, but they gave the wrap to a drive-through customer instead of me. There was confusion among the staff about which order belonged to whom. When I asked again, they remade the wrap in the worst possible way. By then, my coffee had gone cold, and I ended up throwing the wrap in the bin. McDonald’s is known for having one of the best systems in the fast-food industry. I’ve tried McDonald’s in other countries, and the experience has always been good. Unfortunately, this location was by far the absolute worst.

  Normally a consistent across all McDs is the misery each employee seems to carry (and fair, given the volume of customers and negative incidents they probably often deal with). This includes this location, which I often go to, BUT today every single employee (3) I spoke to in the drive-through was absolutely lovely - polite and friendly AND my order was done well and on time. So refreshing to have such a positive experience - shoutout to the Friday lunch team!

  Belittles their employees in front of customers talks down to them and treats them like they're stupid and beneath them. Instead of bacon mcgriddle , there's a sausage griddle , and then you can get a griddle with both it always comes with cheese and egg and so on. They just gave me a griddle bun in a sausage on it and told me that it doesn't come with egg or cheese , it's just a sausage. Very rude
