A bit odd asked for extra cream for my coffee and instead of being offer packaged cream they took my cup and topped it.

They can handover the pick up over there also. There’s no use of a policy if it is inconvenient for a person this is my personal waiting. I believe this might be discomfort for mini drivers who might come inside and they completely say no I believe it is an equal job. You can handle a pick up at one spot as well. I do not care about time they mentioned on the app that the order is ready to pick up when I went inside they took me five minutes extra. Unprofessional

They just don’t understand how to make the perfect coffee, sad part is this is the only coffee spot on my way to my office so I stop here daily… and every single day somethings off with my coffee
