We’re paying customers, not getting food for free, and the least we expect is some basic courtesy. The staff didn’t even greet properly or show respect — very unprofessional behavior. McDonald’s should really focus on training their employees in customer service.

Brought sandwich back (dined inside)with grilling sticker stating “slivered onions” and asked for the onions to added (did not want a refund) and waited forever….. Ended up asking for a refund…..one cashier on one till while the manager could not open the others the drawer was stuck🤦🏾♀️. All this —while another customer came to complain about his order as well👀 Order was not complicated therefore..🤷🏾♀️
