  Sometimes the food isn’t piping hot, but they’ll remake it if you ask. Staff usually stay friendly, though a lot of issues in the busy hour

  Did mobile order addendum onion and pickle and extra sauce but I got regular burger and this is happened 2 times even when ask for hot sauce girls said you have to pay extra for that I understand that part but always messing with order that’s not work I will never visit this store again 000

  when someone goes inside to order their food, you guys know most of time they would ask for napkins with the food, why dont you guys put napkins in front of the customers on the pickup table? when i asked for the napkins, one of the girl threw napkins on my hands and left. and they fell on floor. This one star review is still alot for your customer service.

  Only been once. Will never go back. Took the grandkids to go to the play area. Looked like it was closed for a party. Specifically asked: was told it was open. Nope: closed for a party. Would have gone to a different one. Did took forever. Washrooms are locked, which isn't great when a toddler had to go potty NOW. Will never return.

  Food is same as all McDs but issue is mistakes. I have ordered so many times as by default its close to my home. A few times I have even called and spoke to a lady supervisor. They nice but unfortunately my orders get missing items or wrong food. My kids happy meals end up wrong and they get very upset. Also the drive through alway never get food at window and am always told to wait at parking spot. I think every single customer end up there. We end up waiting almost sometimes 10min. Once 15min later I had to go inside to ask. My order is never big only 2 happy meals and my burger combo meal. Now I do not even go drive through. I go in use the computer screen. Then check order once get and this seem only practicle and faster prcoess to get and check my food. I hope one day this location can finally excel and become what it should be. I notice head office never read these messeges as so many bad reviewes and no changes.
