  I would really consider as a food business to enforce employees wearing disposable gloves at all times in the kitchen and i didnt see anyone wearing gloves while handling the food and i expect better from such a corporation

  For service not even one star. 1/2 is perfect. There were two Indian girls working there. When I asked for drawing paper for my kids, they made strange faces, very aggressive. and gave me only one sheet. If you don’t have ask me nicely i don’t mind. I also asked about take-in service, but the girl did not inform or explain it properly. When I requested a tray, they gave me a dirty tray. Overall, the service was not good and felt unprofessional.

  No matter how many time I go to this place, the always act like their hair is on fire. I personally love McDonald's but this location is run horribly. Almost 80 percent of the time going through drive through, they send everyone to the parking spot. Even if it's a small order. The gir, at timesl comes out almost instantly and this move to the park and wait area makes no sense. Can't the manager see this? This , to me looks like all they care about it's money and numbers and zero regard for service. They employees act like this is super stressful and they never make any attempt to help customers. You go inside and it's like a fast paced, zero service factory where every employee is rushing. I get this is probably a high demand location but I've been to many McDonald's and this is the worst service location. Food takes long and if you have a question or want to resolve a mix up order (this happens often at this location), good luck even getting a simple word in. Simply, this place sucks. Service should be minus 100 stars. I dont know if my comment will make any difference to the owners but I dont think care. Owner is probably laughing at us because people love McDonald's. He or she probably just is taking advantage of the name and making company look like trash with this place.. ... This is not a one time experience review. This happens every single time I have to go to this place becuase its close by. I Started driving farther to the McDonald's on Mountainash because they are much better and they represent McDonald's how it should be.

  We had a birthday party at this McDonald’s last weekend, and it went very well. I really appreciate the efforts of our party host there, Palak, she was so good in her service and really made it easy for us to handle the party.

  This was a very disappointing experience. My order was incorrect and incomplete. The chicken was missing from my poutine, and two chicken burgers I ordered were not included. I waited over 30 minutes for my food, and the customer service was poor throughout. Additionally, the McFlurry was not filled properly, and the chocolate milk for the Happy Meal was missing. Overall, the lack of attention to detail and service quality was unacceptable. I strongly recommend checking your order carefully before leaving. I will not be returning to this location.
