And not only me, my coworker who ate same fries, she got allergy too. I didn’t want to post this but today another terrible experience happened. I ordered online for 2 tea and 1 coffee and when I went there to pick up, coffee was spill out on lid. I was not sure if anyone touched it or not so I asked them to make new coffee, they just changed lid and bring it back as there was spill on old cup and the cup was same. If it’s new, there shouldn’t be any spilled. Like seriously, are you trying to make your customers fool? Upon asking they replied, we made new one. So, I told them make new one for me and kept old one with me till they bring new one. When they brought new, it was hot which is actually new. Also, they tried to blame that I wanted to have two coffees. I mean why would anyone do that? I just wanted a new coffee, so once she gave new to me I gave her old back.

Believe it or not, McDonald's franchisees are able to set most of their menu prices. For comparison, I ordered a Double Quarter Pounder BLT at this McDonald's on October 3rd and it came out to $9.99. That very same sandwich at 40 Sportsworld Drive in Kitchener on October 17th came out to $12.59! I also should mention that there was a big crowd of people inside when I arrived at this location but everyone was able to order and get their food quickly. The employees worked well together and were organized.
