  Bland. I had a coupon but I can't believe it cost $9 for a Big Mac. McDonald's is lucky that In-N-Out is exclusive in the west coast. I felt like I ate a TV Dinner style hamburger. Am I even eating beef at this point?

  Extremely rude service. I ordered a large sprite through the app and I came to pick it up after a minute and I was waiting 10 minutes waiting for the number to be called and I ask what’s going on and they just handed me a sprite that’s been ready all the ice melted and I asked why they never called my number and why they left it and she said well there wasn’t a number on it like seriously what kind of service is this? I don’t think I’ll ever go to this location again because it’s always been like this and the workers always have some lame excuse I never have good experience here. I recommend all the customers to never give these people business anymore. I try my best to avoid this location just because coming here actually ruins my day

  If I could give 0 stars I would. I placed an order for chicken nuggets and coffee through Uber Eats. The driver was extremely professional and nice. Someone at this location made the chicken nuggets disgusting and I was not able to eat them. The chicken nuggets were freezing cold, a weird colour and very wet inside the box. The coffee was some how hot and tasted fine. I called to complain and I asked for the manager. I asked her why the chicken nuggets are cold, wet and look weird? She was almost screaming at me through the phone “WE ARE BUSY!” She argued with me and she said “There is no way it is wet and cold from here.” It is not from the driver because he was extremely happy he was getting a tip. He was very professional. This is the second time my food has been gross from here. Horrible customer service to yell at the customer over their own mistakes. Why would I call to complain if that didn’t happen? Yes, I did get a refund from Uber Eats, but you still need to fix your customer service skills and not make the food disgusting. This wasn’t a mistake on the drivers part at all. He was extremely professional and when I called this McDonald’s it was the manager who was disregulated, disrespectful and rude. I will not be ordering from here again.

  Sukmandeep is the worst supervisor ive ever seen at mcdonalds, she displays zero customer service skills and really needs to be retrained. A simple order made wrong 3 times.. instead of conducting herself professionally she gets rude. Not only does my uber eats orders come wrong so does ordering at the counter!

  Been going there since my high school times but this time I had a very bad experience at this McDonald’s location. When placing my order, the staff member a tall Black woman who appeared to be looked like a manager was not welcoming. Later, when my number was called, she pushed my food across the counter instead of handing it properly. I felt disrespected as a customer. This behavior is unacceptable, especially from someone in a management role l I believe.
