I placed a mobile drive-thru order today. At the first window, the staff member said she couldn’t find my order. After waiting, she informed me that Sprite was not available, and I agreed to replace it with Diet Coke.
However, when I moved to the next window to collect my order, another staff member told me that the item was not available and asked me to go back to the speaker and place a new order again.
This was very inconvenient and frustrating, especially after placing a mobile order and already waiting in line. I would appreciate better coordination and service for mobile orders in the future.

I wish I can give them 0 star . I came to drive thru yesterday because my kids and my nieces want to have McDonald’s . We ordered 5 small junior combo went home and one sandwich was missing. I called and they offer to come back but weather was bad I told them I am not coming back today and now I hve to make supper for my kid. I was so mad and told her we need all 5 meal . I forgot the name of manager. Today I came to get it but manager was so rude . Seems like she thinks we are lying. I told her I do not need any food and I will complain head office and she said you would come back to me because I am the store manager. Then rudely she said park your car and she will get it . Again I forgot her name . We are not lying. I want someone from head office to contact me .

I came through the drive thru around 3:10 a.m. and the driver in front of me was yelling and swearing at the worker because his food took about two minutes. I come here all the time and the staff are always kind and respectful. She stayed calm and professional even while being treated poorly. The service is always great and people really need to be more patient and treat staff with basic kindness. To the man who yelled at the worker, please go learn some manners.

Today we went for breakfast at this location, first of all girl taking order is so untrained don't understand my order and when I got my order they put pork in my wife's bagel though she is vegetarian and I want egg blt and there is no egg in my bagel and it wasted our extra 20 mins this is unacceptable for customers of mcdonalds group of chain I was so disappointed for this service
I hope Mcdonnell should train there employees to meet certain expectations

Very genuine and caring staff working here. Have been coming here for a while now. Have never really had any issues and if there is a ever a mistake on either side with my order, they handle with care and don't hesitate to fix the issue. As always, the food here is hot and delicious, just like how you'd expect McDonald's to be.
