    I’ve been ordering delivery from this McDonald’s location for a while now, and I have never been satisfied with the service. Almost every order is missing something — sometimes it’s just a straw, and sometimes it’s the entire item I paid for. There have been times when they didn’t even bother to use a proper food bag. Just simply dump the fries in the delivery bag. They literally handed the delivery bag with just the iced coffee in it and nothing else. The order was supposed to be fries and iced coffee, yet even the straw was missing. And today again… no fries in the bag. I shouldn’t have to check or worry every single time whether I’m receiving what I paid for. It’s extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I hope this location improves the accuracy and basic care put into packing orders, because right now the service is not acceptable

    One the guys working at the counter is super friendly and helpful. This location is much better than most in Brampton especially night shift

    Bought mc veggie meal but as the promotion of peel on pack going back. There were No stickers to peel on both mcveggie burger and medium drink only had it on large fries as we show game pieces available until 10 th Nov

    I usually like McDonald but this location was a big disappointment. The service was terrible, and the staff were arrogant They gave my order to somebody else and made me wait in thr one of there parking spot walked back inside the second time and still had my order wrong I won’t be coming back to this branch. Hopefully, management addresses the poor service
