They told me I had to wait 5 minutes and to come back around to get the food. That's fine and I understand it takes time to make the food. Once I came back around the girl at the window gives me the food and is telling me 2 large popcorn chickens. I told her no multiple times and she said she didn't take my order. She asked another guy inside who said it was my order. Took the food and double checked before I left the plaza. It was not my order. Went back through the drive thru window to get the correct order. The girl was rude and telling me I don't need to be rude with her. I tried to explain that while I understand she didn't take my order, she has the ability to look at receipts or the order screen and to open the bag and verify its contents. Girl keep stating she didn't take the order it's not her fault. I believe the staff needs some additional training as it is very simple to check a receipt or an order screen and cross check the contents of the bag you are giving a customer.
