  I must say that all these reviews are correct. no customer service at all. Looks like no training provided to employees on how to provide customer service.

  You’d expect to get everything you’d ask for when you buy a 3pc tenders combo.. but instead the cashier makes you pay full price for it with no drink or the fries that you asked for and just replaces it with macaroni… terrible night service.

  Ordered food was out of stock i asked for refund , she said they can’t cancel then after my request she refund me my money but gave me a vary bad look and when i said thanks and bye , never answered me back and looks like she was very aggressive , definitely good for security job but jot in food sector , good luck sister hope you will survive in food court for few days 🙏🏻

  In terms of food quality, KFC is good, however when it comes to their customer service and app, the experience is horrible and if I had the option of giving minus points, I would. The app has lot of glitches, so if you are ordering through their app, please be careful because this business is shady and deceptive and would give you a really hard time if refund is due. We placed order twice by mistake on Jan 03, 2026 and called KFC immediately to cancel one order. The person at KFC (Torbram Rd & Queen st) confirmed that second order was indeed cancelled and provided us only 1 order. Later on, when we called customer service, they were clueless about the second order being cancelled. Till this date, KFC has neither refunded the amount nor provided us a replacement order. The amount is negligible but if lot of customers are experiencing same issue, then it is concerning. No resolution offered by KFC so far. Highly disappointed.
