There were staff onsite who told me “oh we can give you your order on the 27th”. Not sure why I would want that so I declined. I called to request a refund and was told I would receive my refund in 3-5 business days, that did not happen. Instead when I followed up they said “oh we are just processing all our complaints today and it will be another 3-5 business days”. No one seems that interested in helping me so it remains to be seen whether I will receive a refund at all.

It's literally half the size of the large box it used to be in. There was a time the large popcorn was a decent sized shallow bucket. So they just keep cutting down the portions or this location is doing it all wrong and serving less than what you actually order. Overall less value for money and food quality is consistently subpar.

The new setup is a nice improvement and the overall atmosphere feels much better than before. I waited for their best chicken, and it was definitely worth it — hot, crispy, and flavorful just the way KFC is known for. Happy to see the store reopened with a great experience. 👍
