  placed a mobile order for two meals and extra sandwiches. After waiting 15 minutes, the drive-thru staff member was rude and dismissive, assuring me everything was in the bag and shutting the window abruptly. When I got home, an entire meal bag was missing, along with fries, a drink, and condiments I paid for. Extremely careless and unprofessional service. Very disappointing experience.

  We went this location to pickup a DoorDash order around 11:50 PM and they didn’t gave us any response we were waiting up to 12:25AM at this KFC after a long time wait we didn’t receive our order. During midnight hours, the girls were just sitting and using their phones.They knew customers were waiting but kept ignoring us and continuously used their phones. All the lights were off even we knock the windows and doors they just ignored us and didn’t gave us any response. If you cannot serve customers at night, then please update your hours to show that you are closed at night. Moreover, if your employees cannot work at night, please do not accept orders during that time. Very disappointing experience from this location, you guys need to improve your customer service and especially your employees needs to be responsible for their duties. Nobody is free here and no one here gets food for free everyone pays for their food either customers or delivery drivers deserve respectful behavior, and your staff should not show this kind of attitude to anyone.

  Very disappointed. This location is listed as open 24 hours. The gate was open and staff were inside, but we were told they were closed. If you are not operating 24 hours, please update your hours instead of misleading customers. Wasted trip.

  It’s been _years_ since I last had KFC, having been focussing more on wholesome homemade meals instead of fast food… But, man, happening to walk past a KFC restaurant this evening and catching that singular scent of old-familiar yumminess, I decided to special-treat myself to one of my all-time-favourite fast food meals and childhood/teenage memories: Colonel Sanders’ famous crispy-battered chicken deliciousness. And YES, it was as 🎵 “finger-lickin’ good” 🎶 as ever! :D Total YUM. Also notable was staff being so kind and happily-patient enough to walk back-and-forth to the cooking area to bring out different samples of the different chicken cuts, which I requested in order to make sure I remembered correctly which ones were my favourites. So the visit turned out to also be about specially friendly service with a sunny-warm smile from front-end staff member named Gyanpreet… thus topping-out the justification for my high-star review rating here. Now, IF ONLY they had invented by now some advanced-tech way to make such great tasting crispy-battered chicken that’s as fully healthy as my home-cooked, nutrient-dense meals. 😁 😊 Then I would come far more often for nostalgically great culinary tastiness that—after so long a wait for me—called to mind fun food with family and old friends… and curiously also that famous movie scene of actor Alan Rickman in his role of a high-end sommelier wine critic who, while travels to America, tastes Kentucky Fried Chicken for the first time; his reaction was priceless. So here’s a bonus 5-stars review of that decades-ago great movie, as well, “Bottle Shock.” And as the saying goes in yet another blast-from-the-past old movie: “I’ll be back.” : )

  I ordered for big crunch meal and deluxe famous sandwich online. To which i got a zinger sandwich and big crunch ( with no lettuce and stale patty). I placed the order at 7:30 am online which was supposed to be picked up at 7:50am as per given time. I reached the store by 8:18am where the staff available at the window asked me to wait for another 5 minutes as the patties were being fried. I waited for another 10 minutes and when drove back to the pickup counter and again was asked to wait for 6 more minutes. I told her that i have been waiting for 12 minutes for the same order already and then she asks me to wait and brought me the food. I opened up the box as soon as i got it as i was starving. Very disappointed when i saw the fries and chicken popcorns were not fresh at all. I went back and asked to please change it with fresh batch. She re-fried the fries and popcorns and acted as if it was from the fresh batch. I paid $40 for my food to which i had to throw before even leaving the place. This is the worst store i have ever been to. They take money from you and serve with the spoiled food to make you sick and die. I strongly suggest everyone out there visiting the store to not buy anything from here. All they care is about the money we pay and in return they will serve you with diseases and stale food. A big no from me to visit this store again. Even the staff working here has no dignity who is selling such items just to cut off their work. Worst experience ever. Waste of time, money and food.
