I get in the drive thru lineup and then get told it's going to take 25 minutes for them to prepare the chicken. This is a KFC, I'm not sure what they're doing if they aren't preparing chicken. Even more frustrating is that I'm stuck behind multiple cars and they have extremely slow service, with no way out of the drive thru line up . First time coming to this location and it will be the last time.

I waited in line for about 5–10 minutes, but it seemed like the staff were mainly focused on the drive-through and didn’t really prioritize customers in line. I had also pre-ordered my food 30 minutes in advance, but it appeared to have been overlooked, and I had to remind them, but all I can see food is being prioritized for the drive thru . Overall, it felt like the staff could be more organized.
Always go thru drive unless your okay to wait
