I am very disappointed with their service. I ordered via Uber eats and driver reach there and wait for 15 min and its took 40 min to showing that they are wrapping up the order. I called them then they completed ther order. This the first time I order online from this location. Will not going to order again.

The worst KFC in the GTA, for sure.
Slow service and poor food quality each and every time I’ve had the displeasure of visiting this dump. I wish I could put zero stars. The only thing worse than the food are the staff.

Terrible customer service, over 20 mins in the driveway thru with only 6 cars ahead, I asked twice to confirm my 2 sauces for 2 popcorn chicken were in the bag, I went home and there was no sauce, I ordered a macaroni salad and received coleslaw, called the store to let them know I had an issue and the lady hung up the phone on me and when I called back they stopped answering the phone. Not the first time having issues at this location, will not be returning.

Please hire more employees.Staff was struggling to take new orders from the counter. Stood there for 15 minutes. Employees kept on juggling between the counter and the kitchen but no one bothered to take the order.

Horrible! In service and listening ordered a 14 piece bucket came home to a tender bucket took cashier a while to understand had to repeat myself. Looking at the reviews here seems like the owner needs a lesson in customer service so he can understand customer service because level of service starts from how owner treats employees and trains them so everyone else thats not happy with service here might be best to find out who owns or franchises this location. Owner please respond with your contact so I can show you how to do your job. Customers if you don't see a response you very well know this is not a place to give business to
