  Terribly disorganized taking and filling one order at a time, while queue to order grows. Staff mulling about or yelling to cook orders faster

  The worst customer service I’ve experienced The app showed the “ free 6 pieces “ was in my cart and I ordered. Delivery guy came and I didn’t see and he said call the restaurant and they will send. The manager told me her system doesn’t show and I’m explaining my side of the technology issue saying it shows and she said there’s nothing we can do as I’m advising her to fix the app as there was a glitch . She was no help at all not apologetic or empathetic which was very disappointing and these frie ain’t no Mega fries smh and she debated to me that it was . Poor packaging and service. It was the whole reason of me buying $15 worth was for the extra 6 pieces . I would never get that from THAT LOCATION AGAIN!

  The staff here are very kind. They tell you the wait time before hand and the food is great.

  They have good chicken but never answer phone. You can call all day everyday every week they barely ever pick up. Then when u go in store u see them ignoring the phone. People call for valid reasons. Just yesterday I had to call a million times just for them to answer and tell me they have no chicken at all. Now imagine they never picked up and I drove all that way. Waste of time. You guys have a phone for a reason. Answer it when customers call. Like why should I have to call 12 times just to get an answer? And guess what? They didn’t even have what I was calling for so I would’ve wasted my time going anyways.
