Went today to try the new Matty Matheson collab and got the matty poutine, wasn’t until I got home when I realized they didn’t put the popcorn chicken on the poutine and they put the smallest amount of the cheese sauce and caramelized onions. Not to mention the last time I went was when they had the pickle menu and forgot to put the pickle chips. This location seems to have a problem with collab menus. Training needs to be better here. Won’t be returning.

The other two pieces were fine, and I could clearly tell the difference in taste and freshness. The staff who took my order were very nice and kind, which I appreciate. It’s just that the food quality was disappointing. It felt like an older piece may have been mixed with fresh ones assuming customers wouldn’t notice! I tried to call them 3x but they never answered. Please focus more on freshness and quality and make sure that freshly cooked chicken is not mixed with older chicken! For the sake of customer trust!
