    I had the Taco Bell portion but not only could the staff not understand me when I had to ask for the Dipping Burrito garlic sauce (they didn't understand me after 5 times so I walked away), but the food looked absolutely nothing like the photo and was all tortilla. They were also tiny

    I had lunch today in this location. While the service was okay, I was very disappointed with the fried chicken. I only managed to eat the skin but not the meat. It has a very sharp pungent smell like it was a reheated spoiled meat or maybe an overly defrosted meat before cooked. I informed the crew to check that batch of chicken so it won’t get served to other customers. I hope the crew will do a better job checking the quality all the time.

    This location seriously needs management attention. I came in excited to try a new KFC collaboration, but the experience was extremely disappointing. I waited over 10 minutes for my order while others were served first, with no explanation or apology. As shown in my photo, the packaging was completely wrong. There was no proper branded packaging, no grilled onions included, and instead I was given a custom cup and plain bag. You can clearly see there are no onions at all. For a brand-new collab, this is unacceptable. Is this really how KFC is choosing to represent this launch? As a fan, this was disappointing to see — and I can’t imagine the creator behind the collab would want it presented this way either. The dine-in experience was just as poor. Seating was limited, it was freezing near the window, and I had to keep my jacket on the entire time. Front cash was unattended for a while, and the washroom had no toilet paper. Overall, this showed poor organization, lack of quality control, and little care for the customer experience. This location has clearly gone downhill and needs immediate attention.
