Thank you for making it right. Took my son out for dinner. Food was good. Service was great but the restaurant was freezing cold. We Felt like we were eating outside. When the server asked my son What was wrong he stated he was cold. I also agreed it was freezing. She said she would ask them to turn up the heat. She returned shortly after to tell me there is a problem with the heat and they were working on it. Wish I had known earlier as I would have chosen another establishment. It was not enjoyable

She checked in on us regularly without being intrusive and made our visit very enjoyable!! Simone also took the time to have a nice conversation with us, which made the experience feel welcoming and personal. It’s always great to see someone who enjoys what they do and treats customers so kindly. Thank you Simone, for making our visit to Kelsey’s such a pleasant one. We will definitely be back.

I have worked in the service industry for a long time and after Covid it has been very hard to find good service but Brianna was the best! Very attentive, polite, professional and truly made our dining experience the best!! I live in the area and will definitely be back and will request for Brianna to be our sever for sure due to her outstanding service! Kelsey’s is lucky to have such a great employee as the face of their service!
