  My wife and I visited n October 25/2025. Our order included 2 poutine. The poutine was made set up then sat while a pick-up order was completed and handed to the driver. Result the fries in our poutine were simply a soggy mass of potato. Sent note to Harvey’s that evening. Received acknowledgment but nothing else. After recontacting them, received an email in French. Advised in my reply that we only speak English. After about a week, received an email asking when we would answer their email. Again made contact. Waited until November 10, no response. Contacted them again. Received response 3 days later offering “a free poutine”. No apology, no explanation only a comment that “management” had already reached out to us. Sent note advising we had not heard from “management”. Result dead silence. Not even a reply to our last email. Terrible customer service at storefront and corporate.

  I place an order every other day, if not every day. They stopped pitting their tomatos for a couple months now, and if you order, youre getting a tomato slice that still has a large green stem pit in it. They even flip it upside down to try and hide it. Ive called many times asking them to give me a proper tomato slice, to which they respond, "Okay ill give you a good tomato", all your tomato slices should be good. But they dont know how to pit a tomato anymore. This literally ruins the sandwich. The last 8 burgers I had, no matter the time of day, all have these garbage tomato tops exclusively. They choose to hide in it their uber orders so they dont give it in person. It's honestly a shame that they are trained to hide the tomatos and save them for the take out orders instead of being trained on how to cut the tomato. You have better odds gambling at a casino than ordering a good tomato here. You'd think if you ordered as much as I do, they'd treat you properly. It's taste is not pleasant at all and it ruins the sandwich that would otherwise be amazing. Literally just cut out the pit before you slice the darn tomatos its not that hard! Its really as if they keep these unwanted tomatos in reserve for the take out. You pretty much cant order tomato in your sandwich at all. They do it on purpose sadly. Again, I order around half the days of the month for over a year and the last couple months its basically a guaranteed bad tomato, they do it on purpose for the take outs because they think they can get away with it, hiding it upside down doesnt remove the sudden shock when biting into the tough and hard stem with the taste of tree branch! I had to delete my 5 star review from 2 years ago to bring this up...Other than this very annoying issue, the burgers are fine

  Was here on Tuesday Nov 4 2025 3:30 pm . Terrible service again. No one seems to understand customer service. Waited five minutes and still no one still came to the cash. Just left never to return. Seriously need new management.
