She was taking super long to finish my burger because she kept communicating with another employee I think she training while he was working. I am very disappointed because the work was also mediocre. I've gone to this location twice now. The first time I went, the guy that put my toppings on I had no problems with and I think it was the same individual she was training this day. I typically do not leave reviews but she just looked like she didn't want to work and just looked very unmotivated and uninterested in her job. She had some sort of attitude and had a rude tone in her voice when I was asking for specific toppings and I just felt extremely unwelcomed. Everyone else was exceptional. Cashiers, people in the back, and the topping people (except her) had smiles on their faces and greeted me openly. I'm very disappointed with the service from this individual.

The restaurant did not answer the phone, upper management says no manager will be there at this hour. Definitely doing a charge back on my credit card as we have documentation on the whole incident with the parent company
