When I gave the staff member my order number, he rudely said he didn’t have it on the receipt — which made no sense. I later checked and confirmed that the same order number is clearly printed on the receipt. Instead of helping, he treated me as if I was trying to steal a sandwich. He demanded I tell him what was in my order, and when I said it was a sandwich (I didn’t remember the exact item because I had ordered in the middle of work), he started cursing and mocking me, saying things like “there are a lot of sandwiches on the menu.” He continued to be extremely rude and disrespectful even as I was leaving. The entire interaction felt humiliating and frankly discriminatory — it was hard to ignore that I was being treated differently, especially as an Indian customer while he was white. No customer should ever be spoken to or treated this way. Completely unacceptable experience
