  Mimi delivered exceptional service from start to finish. She was attentive, polite, and always had a nice smile that made everyone feel welcome. Mimi anticipated our needs before we even had to ask and handled everything with professionalism and grace. She truly elevated the entire experience. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated and genuinely caring in their service. Mimi is an absolute asset, and I would happily recommend her to anyone looking for outstanding, friendly service.

  We recently had a fantastic meal at East Side Mario's, and the highlight of our experience was definitely the fast, friendly, and attentive service. ​Our server, Aminah, was truly exceptional. Not only was the service speedy, but Aminah was incredibly friendly and pleasant throughout our entire visit. She offered great recommendations from the menu, which made ordering easy and led us to try some delicious items we might have otherwise missed. ​It's refreshing to receive such enthusiastic and helpful service. Aminah is a wonderful employee who contributed greatly to our positive dining experience. We will certainly be back!

  Food is always good but the service has been going down significantly. I goto this place regularly with my family however last few times the service standards has just been going down. went there yesterday for dinner with my family and kids. The server did not serve water had to ask her twice for water, then she brought food did bot bring any butter with garlic loaf, asked her twice to get us some butter but she did not finally I stopped asking but I did notice that she did bring butter with Garlic loaf for other people. Its not about a butter its about the service and how as a customer one feels mistreated when you are asking for basic things repeatedly and still don’t get that. After serving the food the server did not come even once to ask of we need anything. Infant the guy from kitchen who brought our pizza i had to ask him to bring us more food and he was very courteous and polite and took our order. As a family we really like East side Mario but seeing how the level of service is getting so poor i think next time we will have to think hard if want to continue going to this place. Food was excellent as usual. If trinity location management reads these posts: we live in neighbourhood, visit your place frequently. This is one good restaurant in our neighbourhood and I feel sad the way service is going down here.

  This weekend I visited Eastside Mario’s and it was a pleasant experience. I felt for something similar to Olive Garden, and that was the restaurant that popped up. The service was great as we were seated immediately and the food came out within a 10-15 minutes span, but spaced out between our appetizers and main! I will say the food was a bit on the bland side, but definitely was filling! The restaurant gave a warm home feeling and there were a lot of families having dinner!! The pricing was also very affordable considering the amount of options they have available!! Good eats for sure!!

  honestly everytime i come here to this particular location im met w the worst customer service ever. the servers are always completely neglectful and don’t even pay attention to u and its so disorganized, one time i didnt even have a proper server and took forever to get my order in. but what really made me never decide to come back again was my experience with someone i believe was the manager? he was a man. and i was sitting w my bf because he was hungry and wanted all you can eat pasta but i was nauseous that day and didn’t wanna eat or order anything. the manager literally comes up to us and mind you im not even eating im literally on my phone and tells me to my face im not allowed to share with my bf if i didnt buy anything. girl i wasnt gonna eat it anyways but that was so rude and disrespectful and im sorry but im never coming back again. if a MANAGER could talk to customers that way thats just odd. he kept coming over to our table and staring at us and making us uncomfy the rest of the time we were there, probs to make sure i didnt eat anything. so odd -100000/10 never returning
