  The food is soooo good but the service is awful. I had to ask to get water, when the waitress finally came to great us 5-8 minutes after we were seated. I thought it might’ve been a rush hour thing but this was 3pm on a Wednesday lol, there were 2 other families there. That kind of lag persisted throughout lunch, we genuinely couldn’t flag her down when we needed something which is why we tipped 5% instead of our usual 10-15%. Overall, food was good, but enough of a great redeeming to tolerate the bad service in an empty restaurant. Would not come again, 3/10. Compliments to the chef for his chicken parm and alfredo. As well as the mozzarella sticks, super yummy. For reference, my boyfriend and I go around Brampton and review different food places.

  Our experience at East side Mario- Trinity Common was really good. Our server was Naisha, and she offered her excellent customer service to us, by checking on us frequently , and also by offering us more food. She also explained the food options very well , which helped us to choose the right meals. She was very polite and pleasant, thank you Naisha, we appreciate you.

  Good afternoon, on Thursday February 24th 2026 I had lunch with a good friend it was my first time at East Side Mario’s and my last for sure. The waitress we had an older lady was quit rude with me in particular, at the end of our meal I had to ask for a dessert menu of which she provided 5 minutes later, I ordered the cheese cake, about 4/5 minutes after that she came by our take asking what I had ordered as I assume she forgot, she went to tend to someone at the bar when we looked over at her she quickly said what are you looking at I’m not standing around doing nothing??? My friend and I looked at each other stunned, I asked her were my cheese cake was and her response was I HAVE OTHER CUSTOMERS TO SERVE, wow I was shocked and we never asked for water, a top up of coffee etc., it was horrible service I will never be back Carmelita Flaim

  The food was definitely up to par, previously the hells kitchen chicken meal was little slivers of chicken they are now vack to chicken breasts. Abena was our server and was amaaing. The new manager Devan was really good. I had an issue that I could not remember if I had used my credit and he rectified the problem with no hesitation. Management skills are above and beyond the normal in the restaurant industry and it is appreciated.

  Not a good experience at all We were there with the family and literally seated for 20 minutes without anybody attending our table. Not even the water had been served despite of asking for two times. The food order is way far... 😞😔 So much disappointment , I will not recommend any one to this place , horrible 😡
