    Extremely unprofessional attitude and behavior, my worst experience so far with DQ, or any store in Canada so far. Ordered a large birthday cake to be picked up on Dec 20. I called them at 2:09PM on Dec 19 to ask the icing and bday message color (to match my decorations), in that call I was told that the cake was ready and the pickup was confirmed for Dec 20 at around 4PM. Good so far. At 4:30PM on Dec 20, manager gave me a shock by saying that he handed my cake to someone else the last night, claiming that he called me multiple times last evening and sent 3 messages with no responses. Obvious enough, he was unwilling to talk about my call at 2:09PM with his staff, or explain what further response he seeked for a confirmed pickup. He would not tell me the exact time and the reason for the call (of course I never received the messages too). My party at Playdium was delayed by 40 minutes.

    ordered a holiday log cake...received something that looked like it was for Easter not christmas. also the picture on the website shows fudge crunch all the way across and the cake we got had like one bite in the pieces. absolutely pathetic šŸ˜’ do not recommend this location

    got a treatzza from here. was definitely spoiled, the ice cream completely lost its flavour and tasted sour. went back and got a refund. been here many times before for slushies and small items, never had an issue. but this was in the ā€œbackā€ freezer, so maybe something went wrong there. also pretty sure thereā€™s usually some sort of label on the plastic cover, but this didnā€™t have anything on it. thinking itā€™s possible they ripped it off because it was past expiry.
