I had a beyond disappointing experience at this Dairy Queen, and it has permanently cost them a customer. I was denied access to the washroom—a basic human right and a matter of common decency.
The blatant lack of respect shown to me was staggering. To be treated with such dismissiveness over a fundamental necessity is unacceptable. Because of the way I was treated at this location, I will never step foot in another Dairy Queen franchise again. If a company cannot train its staff to treat people with basic dignity, they do not deserve my business. I’ll be taking my money elsewhere to establishments that actually value human beings. Stay away.

Been here three times (within the span of 1-2 years, I don’t come to Bramalea often) and the old man working there is extremely rude and has a lot of attitude. He also doesn’t understand anything that I am saying. Either close down this DQ or find a new owner because this is ridiculous… This location is ruining the reputation of all other DQ locations. Not good for the company.

Ordered a milkshake and a confetti cake blizzard. The blizzard was wrong and the milkshake was basically just milk. Once I noticed I went back to talk with the worker and before I even had the chance to mention an issue he immediately started to argue with me about how my order was correct as if he knew he had messed it up and was prepared for me to come talk to him? Regardless the service is awful, the food was wrong and awful and overall I know I will no longer be giving them my service.

Extremely unprofessional attitude and behavior, my worst experience so far with DQ, or any store in Canada so far.
Ordered a large birthday cake to be picked up on Dec 20. I called them at 2:09PM on Dec 19 to ask the icing and bday message color (to match my decorations), in that call I was told that the cake was ready and the pickup was confirmed for Dec 20 at around 4PM. Good so far.
At 4:30PM on Dec 20, manager gave me a shock by saying that he handed my cake to someone else the last night, claiming that he called me multiple times last evening and sent 3 messages with no responses. Obvious enough, he was unwilling to talk about my call at 2:09PM with his staff, or explain what further response he seeked for a confirmed pickup. He would not tell me the exact time and the reason for the call (of course I never received the messages too). My party at Playdium was delayed by 40 minutes.
