When I inquired about the reason, she mentioned that their system was updating and I would need to wait for about 5 minutes. After waiting, I placed my order at the drive-thru, and when I reached the payment window, I informed the lady that I had a SPC card for a discount. She responded by saying that she didn’t have a scanner. After asking once more, I went ahead and made the payment. I then waited for my order at the window for 10 minutes. The service was quite poor. My experiences at other Burger King locations have been good in comparison.
