This location has installed digital kiosk. If you order from these terminals be aware they will rip you off! On the wall is a poster advertising thr deal for two apple pies, go to the terminals and you'll pay full price for both instead of getting the advertised promo price! It's not the locations staffs fault its corporate Butger King asleep at the wheel. Boycott the terminals and keep the staff employed!

Staff Involved: Shift Manager
I am writing this review and filing a formal complaint regarding a violent and traumatizing encounter with the manager on duty. The manager’s aggressive behavior was directed at me while my toddler was present in the vehicle. The sheer volume of the manager's screaming and his physical aggression caused myself and my child significant distress and fear. I tried to explain to him that the mobile app was taking was not generating the order number he had asked for but he starting screaming at me instantly as if it was my fault.
Detailed Description of Events
Hostile Environment: The manager was screaming at the top of his lungs with bloodshot eyes, appearing completely out of control. The intensity of his rage was so extreme that my toddler began crying hysterically in the backseat.
Physical Aggression: The manager repeatedly slammed the drive-thru window with excessive force. This violent action, combined with the screaming, created a terrifying environment for both me and my young child.
Harassment & Privacy Violations: The manager falsely accused me of recording him. He then escalated the situation by taking my photograph on his personal phone and claiming to have called the police, despite the fact that I was simply a customer with a child in the car.
Impact: I felt a "mission to hurt" vibe from this individual. To subject a parent and a small child to this level of unhinged aggression is a gross violation of safety protocols and human decency.
Requested Action
I expect an immediate investigation into this manager’s conduct. His inability to maintain composure in front of a child and his choice to escalate a situation to the point of causing a toddler to cry renders him unfit for a public-facing role. I also have the receipt of my order as they completed this transaction after this encounter without even receiving my food. I waited about 20-30 minutes and no one brought out my order either and I did not feel safe to go inside the restaurant to address this.

Been coming to this location for years and sad to say I won’t be coming no more. They are hiring people who don’t have a clue what customer service is and are extremely rude not only to them but the staff. The new manger Sanjeev def needs pointers on how to deal with customers and the values of what team work is. Just cause you’re a manager doesn’t mean you treat people with disrespect. You treat the Janitor with the same respect as a CEO. Burger King Managment def will be getting the video of his rude behaviour. Unacceptable behaviour.

I stopped to visited this place as long drive thru waiting and the staff always took ages to gitake orders and handling food . The lady in the front they had always slow and rude name poly . I was surprised last week there was a new guy after speaking to him we gotta knew he is new store manager on this location . He greeted us with smile and service was outstanding , food was fresh .he was helping his team here and there . Good job guys this guy knows customer service .

I visit this Burger King location quite often and usually have a great experience, which is why I’m disappointed to be writing this. Unfortunately, during my most recent visit, I was served by Sanjeev and the customer service was very poor. He was rude not only to customers but also to the employees, which made the atmosphere uncomfortable.
I normally enjoy coming here, but this experience really took away from it. I hope management addresses this, as this location has always been one of my go-to spots.
