  Idk what's happening in this city, but we went through the drive-thru and placed our order... which we kept repeating... Still to only get our order missing an item. We only ordered 3 things. Soooo basic and simple. We drove off down the road, looked through our bag and noticed the item missing. Drove back and notified the same order taker of our missing item and all she did was say, "so, sorry" with the driest look on her face. No, "oh, sorry about that! Here let me grab that for you." It wasn't even a high priced item, it could've and should've been easily and quickly compensated but NOPE! Nada! Seems like no one really cares about customer service anymore around here. Just fry your food, throw it in a bag, and off u go. You're considered super lucky if you actually get your order correct nowadays. It's actually so pathetic. And idc that it's "fast food." It's a paid service! You're getting paid to provide a service! Work like you're grateful and not like you're hateful. Uh... such bad energies and gross attitudes towards work ethics overall. Smdh

  I waited almost 30 minutes in the drive through. During the middle of the day for a small order and was kept being told “you’ll get your order in five minutes or less”

  Night shift worker is toooooo slow As this is second time in this week that i reverse my car from drive thru as each car is taking 10 min atleast to serve Need to change the worker for night shift Tooo bad

  If I could give it a zero I honestly would... this has to be the worst BK I could have ever gone to, I go to order my food and the guy I assume the manger asks for my drink I say Sprite and he responds but the speaker to order from is actually terrible and I couldn't hear properly on top of poor English I ask to repeat and I still couldn't. He then leaves me sitting at the speaker for 5 mins and says my total but I wasn't finished my order, I drive up and say "sorry I wasn't done" and he says "I'm not taking orders at the window go back around" says my total and expects me to pay..... I just said I don't want it and drove away never again.

  Such a bad experience We all are paying for best food but this was the worst food i have ever tried, employees are so unprofessional they don’t know how to talk with customers. I order 3 combos and all combos were like just taken out from the fridge. I just want to ask from them and their owner that they are also eating cold food just as they are serving to customers?? Please serve best so that you can deserve best.
