The store was not busy at the time, which simply means the staff were preparing items according to incoming orders. It doesn’t seem fair to leave a negative or misleading comment based solely on the assumption that the store wasn’t busy. Preparing food and beverages per order is part of providing good service. A little understanding goes a long way.

- AKAryan KainthFeb 17, 20261.0I visited this location at 8:40 PM today during a dead time, and the lack of basic maintenance was shocking. The restaurant cleanliness was subpar; the self-serve station was filthy, the floor was covered in salt, and the carpet was scrunched up, creating a serious trip hazard. Even though it wasn't busy, the food was cold and tasted like it was pulled from a heat lamp rather than being made fresh. To make matters worse, the soda machine was half out of order and the remaining dispensers were way out of calibration. There is no excuse for this level of neglect, especially when the staff isn't busy with a rush. I won't be back.
