- TTThanegaDec 7, 20251.0I visited this Burger King location tonight (Sunday around 9 PM), and unfortunately it was one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve had. The customer service was disappointing from the moment I walked in—no greeting, no acknowledgment, and we immediately felt rushed. Our order was messed up multiple times, and when we asked for it to be fixed or for a refund, the employees refused to help. There seemed to be confusion about the menu and procedures, which made the entire interaction frustrating. The communication was unclear, and the overall service felt unprofessional and poorly managed. Employees Chagwell and Kumal. Two ladies were awful. Rude and just unprofessional. The lack of training and customer service standards at this location is genuinely alarming. It reflects directly on management, and they should step in immediately before this store loses even more customers. If you want a good Burger King experience, I strongly recommend visiting the Burger King near Langstaff instead. This location, unfortunately, will leave you disappointed and frustrated. I hope management sees this and takes action quickly.

I wish I hadn’t because I ended up missing a burger on my order. I called this location and they told me they cannot issue me a refund or deliver me a burger because it was delivered through door dash which is a third party. I call DoorDash to resolve this and they tell me they cannot issue me a refund as they do not have my information since I ordered through the Burger King app. I then call this location 3x and they do not pick up. Horrible service and lack of attention. I was hosting an event and one person was left without a burger. At the end of the day I have no burger, no refund and my evening has been ruined.
